Behavioral Health

Behavioral Health services offer compassionate care through individual and family counseling, as well as psychiatric services for adults, children and families. Counselors provide caring and confidential services to help individuals and families cope with crises and changes, such as the death of a loved one, a divorce, substance use by a significant other, loss of employment or management of ongoing situations such as family conflicts and parenting stressors. Areas of focus also include mood, anxiety and co-occurring disorders, PTSD, issues related to self-esteem, stress and anger management, and domestic violence

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy is provided through one-on-one sessions with experienced licensed social workers and psychologists. Counselors and patients work together to create an effective plan of care that helps the patient achieve optimal stable mental health and improvement on quality of life.

Family Therapy

Family Therapy focuses on the emotional needs of the entire family rather than the individual. Our goal is to assist families who have a history of substance use, and need a safe place to express their concerns with one another. Our trained counselors support families to strengthen their relationships and work together toward solutions.

Play Therapy

Play Therapy is available for children ages five and up who might have emotional or social skills deficits. Through play, counselors can help children learn more adaptive behaviors that may include how to communicate with others, express feelings, modify behavior and develop problem-solving skills.

Psychiatric Services

Psychiatric Services are available for adults and children, ages five and up.  Treatment includes medicine management, when needed, combined with regular counseling sessions to ensure an effective and successful treatment plan.
